Shipping & Delivery
We ship our embroidery kits and supplies worldwide from our studio in Cumbria, England. All physical orders are sent using tracked delivery services so that you can follow your parcel on its journey.
UK DELIVERY
£4.95 flat-rate tracked delivery
UK orders are normally sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24. Larger or heavier parcels may be sent with DPD or Parcelforce.
Most parcels arrive within 2–3 working days of dispatch. Please allow up to 5 working days from placing your order.
USA & REST OF WORLD
£12.95 flat-rate tracked delivery
International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked, Parcelforce or DPD, depending on the size, weight and destination of your order.
For non-EU international orders, applicable import duties and taxes are included in the amount we charge, so you should not receive an unexpected customs bill when your order arrives.
Please note that some destinations may apply local or state-level sales taxes that we are unable to collect in advance.
International delivery times vary by destination. Please allow up to 4 weeks from placing your order, although many parcels arrive considerably sooner.
EUROPEAN UNION
£12.95 flat-rate tracked delivery
We currently deliver to the following EU countries:
France, the Netherlands, Ireland, Italy and Belgium.
We have temporarily paused delivery to other EU countries while we complete additional registrations required under new European packaging regulations.
We know this may be disappointing for customers in affected countries. We are actively reviewing the requirements and hope to reopen delivery to additional EU destinations where possible.
Customs & Import Charges
EU orders are currently dispatched from the UK using Royal Mail International Tracked, Parcelforce or DPD.
As these orders are entering the EU from the UK, local VAT, customs duties and/or handling charges may be payable before your parcel is delivered. These charges are not currently included in our delivery price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We are working on improvements to make ordering and delivery within the EU simpler.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so that you can follow its progress.
International tracking can occasionally pause while a parcel travels between countries. Tracking will normally update again once your parcel reaches its destination country and is scanned by the local delivery network.
