Shipping & Delivery

We ship our embroidery kits and supplies worldwide from our studio in Cumbria, England. All physical orders are sent using tracked delivery services so that you can follow your parcel on its journey.

UK Delivery

£4.95 flat-rate tracked delivery

UK orders are normally sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24. Larger or heavier parcels may be sent with DPD or Parcelforce.

Most parcels arrive within 2–3 working days of dispatch. Please allow up to 5 working days from placing your order.

European Union

£12.95 flat-rate tracked delivery

We currently deliver to:

France, Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland, Italy and Belgium.

EU orders are sent from the UK using tracked delivery services.

Duties & Taxes Included

Where applicable, we pay the import taxes, customs duties and handling fees associated with your order. This means you should not normally receive an additional customs bill or be asked to pay import charges when your parcel is delivered.

For orders sent with Royal Mail, we use their Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP) service, which allows these charges to be paid by us rather than collected from you on delivery.

We have temporarily paused delivery to some other EU countries while we complete additional registrations required under European packaging regulations. We are actively reviewing these requirements and hope to reopen delivery to additional EU destinations where possible.

USA & Rest of World

£12.95 flat-rate tracked delivery

International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked, Parcelforce or DPD, depending on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Where our delivery service allows, applicable import duties and taxes are paid by us so that you should not receive an unexpected customs bill when your order arrives.

Please note that some destinations may impose local, state or other charges that we are unable to collect or pay in advance. Where this applies, these remain the responsibility of the recipient.

International delivery times vary by destination. Please allow up to 4 weeks from placing your order, although many parcels arrive considerably sooner.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so that you can follow its progress.

International tracking can occasionally pause while a parcel travels between countries. This is normal and tracking will usually update again once your parcel reaches its destination country and is scanned by the local delivery network.
