Buy the online course!

The kit is wonderful, lovely materials and colors. However, unless you are a silk & goldwork veteran I advise you to buy the online course with the kit. It's worth every penny to stitch along with Zina. She explains every step - even when things go a bit wrong. The written instructions are good, but necessarily brief.

Working the Elizabethan Moth

I am finding this kit a challenge. The work is very small and it is my first time using gold thread. I am not finished. I am just starting the gold rim around the moth. It has been fun to do but I worry at times if I am good enough to do it well.
