Elizabethan Iris Kit
For those with some embroidery experience, this Elizabethan design is a satisfying and rewarding experience. The design was inspired by a ‘spot motif’ on the 16th Century four-poster bed hangings embroideries at Hardwick Hall, home of Bess of Hardwick and the gorgeous irises in our garden.
The whole Iris plant, roots included, are included, as the design was copied from a drawing in an botanical book which, for identification purposes, showed every part of a plant.
